This is possibly the worst car wash I've washed my car in. Imagine if I'm taking the time to review a car wash, the most basic business, you can bet I was really furious. I chose their cheapest wash, for $12 which isn't really cheap, but still you'd think they would add soap or even use enough water. Their wash spray leaves you like your is half washed and the soft touch just scrubs your car without soap or enough water. What kind of a scammu business model are the owners running? Operating a car wash and yet refusing to use adequate water or even little bit of soap? Wow! Everyone nowadays is becoming greedy. What ever happened to operating a business that even does the job just fine, we're not asking for much, just to what our money's is worth. I wouldn't feel sorry for such a scammy company to go under! This is why franchises win!

Some car washes have free vacuum. It's okay they can charge; I am not saying it has to be free. However, they do not have cash payment option. I swipe my card and the Vacuum is not working. I was charged for nothing! I find the option to cancel on the screen and let me scan the barcode for the receipt however it doesn't work too. they operator gave me a selection to talk to them. I called them for help unfortunately they don't answer my call. Their call is forwarded to a voice mail. Other location are even cheaper with .50-$1 choice. I should read google review before I came to this location about their service from other people experience. This the worst location. I wouldn't recomees to any one out their!

Not a bad self service car wash. Fits higher vehicles and takes credit cards. One downfall that I had was the leaking brush hose in bay 1 on the ceiling boom, unfortunately it leaked all over as I was washing, Otherwise I’d give the place 5 stars!

I have visited this car wash in Eagan several times every year. I like the touchless wash. There’s usually no waiting on a weekday which is nice. Reasonable prices. I had an issue with payment years ago and management honored my triple payment.

Not bad, generally clean, just not great. I paid for the Deluxe touchless wash and then used a vacuum. The was was OK but grime was left on my car and there were several of soap bubbles. The rinse was incomplete. This car wash is fine but Paradise Car Wash a block away is a better choice. Their basic wash costs less and attendants do some some drying on your car. Doing your own follow up hand drying with your own towel will give you better results from either of these car washes.
